This is in sharp contrast to the sturdy packaging and extra protection that my orders used to receive in the past. I paid close to €50 for one album and then paid duties and taxes to the customs officials on top of that.
I have written in the past to ask if a replacement album cover could be provided and was informed that damage that occurs during shipping is outside of the company's control. The quality of the packaging and service used to be stellar. After two orders arriving damaged, I am starting to hesitate when it comes to future purchases.”
