“As a Geordie emigre to Scotland I do hugely enjoy letting everyone being aware of what god’s country has to offer and being old enough to rejoice in seeing Dunston Staithes from the Highlevel bridge on my way to London where I used to be involved in loading coal in millions of tons in ships for far flung places.”

“I love cinder toffee, so when I saw this "coal" version in a gift shop on a day out to Low Force, it appealed to my sense of humour, and I had to try some. It's delicious. Not cheap - but I'd certainly buy it again, if I ever see any!”
