“I do not see the point in advertising a bespoke gift box and charging extra for it only to stick the address label on it. The label is nigh on impossible to remove without spoiling the graphics. Surely an easy to remove label would be more suitable.”

We did invest heavily in the products to ensure sufficient adhesion through the courier systems but not too much to prevent careful removal.
