“I received the wrong gin and tried calling the office but it was closed so I emailed to let them know. After about 5 minutes I received a phone call and an apology for the error. My new gin was delivered by a lovely gentleman who apologised for the mistake. The customer service I received was exceptional and I have a very happy daughter-in-law who loves her new gin. I can honestly say the customer care from Northumbrian Gifts is excellent and will be buying more from them in future.”
