This Replacement Arcadia Mini UVB Avian Light for Small Birds ensures your Parrot gets the level of UV they need.
The lamp has 2.4% UVB. This will help your Parrot see in full colour and help with Vitamin D3 production, that can help your Parrot synthesise calcium.
We recommend using for 6- 8 hours per day, split over two 3-4 hour periods with at least a 2 hour break in between. It is guaranteed UVB potent for 365 days.

“This product is sold at a great price, reason for 4 stars was that it had a European plug on it so had to go buy adapter therefore bringing the total cost closer to on the high street prices still does what it should”

“The size of this lamp makes it very easy to find a good place for it. I am not sure if it was the new, larger cage, or the lamp, but my cockatiels definitely seem to be enjoying life even more now.I mounted mine inside a custom built wooden cage, and placed some mesh around the lamp to protect it from curious beaks. The lamp includes power adapters fitting both UK and mainland Europe plugs. One unfortunate thing is the included mounting hardware: The heads of the rather small screws stripped out when I was screwing them in, so I had to improvise with some other things I had on hand.”

“This is a great way to provide UV light for my budgies for a very reasonable price. They really seem to enjoy sitting under it and hopefully it will help to keep them healthy. Have not bothered to fix it, just use the plastic brackets to attach to the bars.May need to glue the brackets to the lamp as they slide out easily, but not a huge problem.”
