This Calcivet 250ml Liquid Calcium and D3 Bird Supplement is a high quality supplement, useful for all Parrots, but particularly African Greys, as they have a particular need for it.
Parrots need the calcium to maintain a healthy brain and nerves and maybe even improve behaviour problems like chewing and feather destructive behaviours.
Some owners find without calcium a Parrot develops problems with egg-laying and nervousness too. Just add it to your Parrot’s drinking water or moist/soft foods, then it’ll be absorbed into the body where needed.
