Because birds can be intolerant of artificial pesticides, fertilisers and preservatives, Harrison's Bird Foods have developed the first and only 100% Organic bird food.
The ingredients are premium whole grains and are approved for human consumption.
High Potency is recommended for…
Birds being converted from a seed-based diet. Birds being converted from any other diet. Feed for a period of at least 6 months before transitioning to Harrison’s Adult Lifetime.
African Greys, Large Macaws as a year-round diet, due to their increased nutritional requirements.
Birds that are moulting, overweight, underweight, very active, housed in a cold climate, recovering from illness, affected by liver or kidney disease.
Birds that are weaning – feed for at least 6-9 months.
Birds that are breeding – Ideally feed for 2 months prior to the breeding period and until chicks are weaned, or for at least 6 months before resuming Harrison’s Adult Lifetime.
We would recommend a veterinary health check prior to changing your bird's diet.

My Grey, Egbert, was a fussy eater and I was worried that he wasn't getting a well balanced diet, but once he swapped to Harrison's he has never looked back. The organic, high grade food is great and he is looking really healthy. I still give him fresh fruit and veg as recommended on the packet and he is a much happier bird. Cannot recommend highly enough.

When my Maroon Bellied Conure came to me, he'd been weaned on to a seed diet. I thought I may have trouble getting him to accept pellets but he took to Harrison's High Potency like a dream.I switch between Fine and Coarse - he enjoys both. Coarse are a perfect size for him to hold and crunch away at and fine are perfect for scoffing straight out of his bowl. With Harrison's pellets and fresh fruit and veg, I know he's getting a well rounded diet, which is a huge weight off my mind.

Harrisons is a great product. Much less mess for me and much more goodness for my birds. All round nutrition, especially for the Greys as they tended to be sunflower junkies. I can also recommend Harrison's Pepper and Harrison's Power treats.

My Avian vet recommended Harrison's High Potency Coarse several years ago.The parrot soon took to it after I offered some to the dog, the dog would eat everything that she dropped( food that is)from the cage. The parrot is now 17 years old.So good diet and good vet.

An organic food without any negative additives, which is very important to me when animals home board with me. Scarlet is owned by a client friend who has gone to Spain for a few months. She provided this food with her. This provides all she needs. But I do give her other nuts and parrot mix fruit and treats to add variety
