“Sometimes tiny birds get intimidated by the loads of blocks, coconut shells, and knots found on larger foraging or chew toys. Our GCC falls into this category, but he has really taken to these sticks due to their small size and ease of chewing. These sticks are thin enough to encourage shy chewers, and turning them into toothpicks seems to be a very satisfying activity for the little guy. Just be wary of sharp pieces left behind - sweep up well afterwards, or else you risk sitting on something a bit sharper for comfort! Removing all pieces from clothing, especially fleece or flannel, is a bit tricky at times.”
