“Good value for the price. Great size for my lovebird but wouldnt be suitable for any bird bigger. The reflective mirror goes dull after a few washes, but for the price it.s great”

“The mirror is attached behind a clear plastic and both are attached so that they will not come off. While not having parts that come off easily is a good thing, I believe that toys should be easily washable too. Upon the first wash before giving the toy to my birds, the space between the plastic and the mirror was filled with soapy water and try as I might, it won t come out. Apart from the possible issue of soapy water seeping out, I wouldn t be surprised if some mould and bacteria would form in there too. Pity, as it looks like it could be a fun toy.”

“My cockatiel loved this toy and would play with it all the time. Unfortunately she got her toe stuck in the hoop. She screamed in panic and luckily we were home and were able to help her out. I hate to think what would have happened if she had been on her own.”

“I bought this for my Indian ringneck when he was a young bird to introduce him to foraging.I put bits of food in the basket then put the ball on top. Then he will come along, take the ball out of the basket and eat the treat. He still uses this now and I put it on the outside of his cage to encourage him to come out.I did however remove the mirror because he would just sit in front of it all day.”

“Good little product however not suitable for African grey as he demolished most of it. It does feel very strong but I perhaps gave it to wrong type of bird!”
