I honestly can’t fault the Newman Bands team. From the very first order to handling multiple size exchanges and refunds, they were consistently helpful, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process.
Sizing rings can be tricky, especially when you’re trying to get it right for more than one person, but Clare, Aaron and Joe made everything completely stress-free. Communication was clear, friendly, and prompt at every stage. Even when Royal Mail delays came into play, they proactively sorted refunds and kept me fully informed — going above and beyond what you’d normally expect.
The rings themselves are beautiful, but what really sets Newman Bands apart is how much they care about their customers, especially as a small business. You really feel looked after rather than treated like just another order number.

“Very good ring and the presentation is top notch in its little box only thing i will say that keeps it from being 5 stars in the “engraving” wasn’t what i expected although i do still LOVE it but its more of a “print” than an engraving and the wording and numbers seem a more gold colour on my silver titanium ring which throws it off a-bit and you do really have to get it into the right light and position to be able to see it but might must be my tiny ring for my size “p” finger haha. Great quality ring though very comfortable ( only tried on as the wedding isn’t until 30/7/25) but i love the feel.”
