But it's the people I wish to comment on... Alan and Clare. Good customer service should be automatic, but in todays shopping experience, that's not always the case. But I have never come across such outstanding customer engagement, as I did with Alan and Clare. I don't consider myself a difficult customer, but through no fault of this company, I did have a difficult time getting my order just right. I honestly believe that under similar circumstances other companies may have lost patience with me. Not Alan and Clare. Simply outstanding. I truly hope that they succeed and thrive as a business, because this world needs more Alans' and Clares', in charge of the publics retail faith.
