Excellent customer service-I ordered a new wedding ring for my husband as he’s always complaining his is too tight when his hands are warm.
Wasn’t sure of his size so a ring sizer was sent.
Ordered the ring and unfortunately it was too big, ordered another size and wasn’t quite right, ordered a third time and it’s perfect ☺️ it arrived before Christmas and my husband loves it.
Can’t fault the customer service and their patience, Clare got back to me straight away and returning was straight forward at no extra charge.
I would highly recommend Newman Bands.
