“Absolutely excellent product and service. I bought my partner a ring for Christmas and had his finger sized at a jewelers. Unfortunately, she sized it wrong so when the ring came it was too large. Luckily we had a ring sizer at a family members home and was able to resize his finger. I emailed Clare to enquire how to exchange the ring for a new size. She was quick to respond with the necessary instructions and free postage label. We return the ring on the 29th December, and recieved the new size on the 2nd Jan. The ring is absolutely lovely. It feels excellent quality and has been finished to a very high standard. My partner loves it. He is looking to build a collection of rings over time and we will definitely be buying from here again.
