“In my house lives an elderly lady who had paralysis on her right side from a severe stroke. She was a two person assist. I noticed that she can lift her body if she has a good strong bar to pull her 160 lb weight. But when we used a walker, the walker was unstable. She could not lift her weight with a walker, so I did some lifting and pulled many neck and back muscles.
