“I ordered this bed for my 90 year old mother who is wheel chair bound. Her previous hospital bed broke and wasn't comfortable anyway. I ordered this bed and upgraded the mattress in the hope of keeping her comfortable. The bed I got is tiny- almost too short for my 5' 4 Mom. Her feet hang over the end a bit.
I called and asked what could be done but was told that it was a custom bed so I couldn't return It and there was no fix.”

“I Don't like making purchase online! It is hard to know what you are really getting when making online purchases so I avoid them all together.
My wife had a stroke that caused her to loose 95% function on her right side and 80% on her left and laying on a flat bed was painful and uncomfortable.
Shopping around looking at different adjustable beds only to find that what is listed on the sites for 1,500+ did not include a mattress. Google being google with the awesome tracking saw that I was hunting for an adjustable bed and shopping for medical and so it pushed ads on all the ad ware that most sites push and this company kept showing up. So I took a gander and what do you know it had just what I was looking for.. but did it come with a mattress. I called the number and a Human answered the phone! I asked questions about the bed I was interested in and was told that if I wanted the split queen bed that it would be to narrow and advised to get the king instead. and yes it comes built with a Mattress! so for less than half of what I would of spent elsewhere My Wife and I are Happy with the easy ordering, tracking and using the product process. Oh and one last thing if you opt out of the setting the bed up by the company be sure to Bring Lots of friends to help unload! OMG! these beds were HEAVY!”
