“I am writing this review based on the experience I had with my purchase. Firest of all I purchased my product for my patient and paid through PayPal and then never received the shipment and fedex said it was delivered but it wasn't and they couldn't find it. So I called and spoke with Rachael who spoke with the supplier who was supposed to overnight me another to be signed for the next day. My wheelchair dependent patient sat at her front door for 4 hours waiting on delivery that never arrived. When I called Rachael back she checkEd with the supplier and said she would email me a tracking number that I never got but we finally got the package the next day. She also told me twice that she would have another one shipped out for free for our trouble and we haven't seen it either. Great customer service.”
“The ease of purchasing the tube plus the speed of delivery was excellent. Good customer relation a plus .The tube was also very easy to use as per my brother . His only concern is the leakage which happen after a while of using it.”
