“My husband must have this particular feeding tube. I feel very grateful that I've been able to order it from New Leaf Medical for years now. That said, you sent me an email soon after I placed my most recent order, saying the item is backordered. I am concerned about this and hoping you are able to get it and send it to me soon, as he must have a spare one on hand in the event the one he has in now, fails.”
