Hi Clarissa, We are sorry to hear of your disappointment in the mango supplied. Sadly, this is not the first time we've had poor feedback regarding texture of the conventional mango slices. “Sadly, my order for dried mango turned out to be not a good experience. It tastes and smells stale and more savoury than sweet. It ended up in a composting bin.”

Sliced mango is one of our best selling products, we rarely have any issues due to the fact we always process and pack current crop, and use only the finest growers. Any kind of complaints for this product is most unusual, however, had you contacted us we would have offered you a full replacement, or issued a full refund, and arranged collection for testing.
