“I must begin by saying that this is the best peanut butter I have tasted. However, on saying that I don't know what has happened to this batch but after receiving an email from Matt apologising and sending out a replacement. Hopefully this will be the usual 5star product I enjoy. Another 5 stars must be given for prompt & resolute customer service. Thank you Matt.”
