Hi Ermira, Thank you for your review, although we are also deeply disappointed that you felt the need to leave a one-star review before discussing the situation. Firstly, nuts do not have an expiring date as they natural and low risk. We use “Best before” dates and this is why we only give our products a maximum of six months shelf life, so they are consumed whilst they are at their best.. When nuts are stored correctly, they will keep for 12 months or more however, no matter how well they are stored, an old nut is not going to taste as fresh as a new nut. So, we encourage customers to consume nuts sooner rather than later is a better experience. If weren’t happy with the best before, we would have happy taken them back for a full refund. You might prefer to purchase nuts with over ambitious best before dates. But we prefer to keep our shelf life short and realistic for maximum freshness whilst using PV and FFA testing to ensure our customers receive the best product. “Natural Choice has as large a selection of nuts as you could ever want. They are always great quality and at a fair price. I bought a Mixed selection of nuts in shells as a 'stocking filler' for a friend... but I can't imagine his garden squirrels will get many of them!”
