Normally, if you haven't tried something before, or you were unsure of what to expect, we would strongly encourage calling our team first, or purchasing a small sample rather than a large bag. Unfortunately, 1 star ratings are very damaging to our reputation and the average performance rating of our products and business. If you genuinely believe we deserve a 1 star rating for Papaya - although you have stated in your company review that it was a "personal preference", then that's fine.
