Hi Faruk, We are also very disappointed in how you have conveyed your opinions. Normally, if there was ever an issue with anything, we would expect a direct response to your order confirmation, a phone call, an email, or contacting us via our website. Leaving a negative review for our company and for a product which has only every received 5 star reviews without even considering to contact us first is unjustified and derogatory, especially when we go above and beyond to supply the very best products and service. This is the first complaint for whole brazil nuts ever received - which seems strange given that this batch is to the same high standards of all previous batches.
