“The pistachio paste was indeed high quality and very unadulterated with zero additives. However good time taste is the slightly grainy texture could instead be a more smoother paste.”

Hi Ventsislav, Thank you for your review, however, leaving only two stars without any explanation why is unhelpful and disappointing. Our pistachio paste is made in our own processing facility from pure roasted pistachios, we don't add any additives, oils, or preservatives, just 100% pure Californian pistachios. This product is popular with some well respected artisan chocolatiers to make some of the finest chocolates, so your poor review is difficult to justify. Kind regards, HBS Natural Choice Team
