“Waited ages for their online shop to open due to virus. Bought two bags but the ones I received are not the same as pictured or described. The ones I received were cotton with a orange tag. The ones pictured and described are teflon with a silver tag. Was extremely disappointed. Contacted Natterjacks to make them aware of the problem but they were not really interested, just told me that there was a mistake in the listing and photo. Checked on their website to see that they still had the wrong bag, photo and description listed. Have returned. Very disappointing experience.”
