“Firstly they were blue & white that I ordered. When they arrived one was obviously a shop window trainer as it was so faded and grubby, far too much to wear as really really obvious. Customer service were great and offered returns label and refund, however I am VERY disappointed that I was not refunded the postage of £4.99 as it was Natterjacks fault so why should I pay! VERY disappointed and will not be using again.”
