“I purchased three pairs of Salomon shoes which arrived with several issues that have led to my disappointment. The shoe boxes were damaged, the tags were cut off, and the shoe soles were visibly dirty, clearly indicating that the shoes had been used prior to being shipped to me. These inconsistencies greatly undermined the quality and service I expected to receive from your store.”
