“The shoes arrived quite quickly, however had to return as they were too small. This is where I had trouble, the website states you have to pay an amount to return which is fair enough but to be charged double the amount because I returned the whole order as it came to zero is abit harsh in my opinion when this is not stated anywhere on the website, this only states you would get charged the delivery fee if you order was below the free delivery amount.”
