“I ordered a Carhartt hoodie from Natterjacks three weeks ago. Unfortunately, it was delivered to an easily accessible place and stolen. When this happens to me on eBay I always refund the buyer before putting in a claim to Royal Mail, but this company doesn't work like that and refuses to refund until Royal Mail refunds them. This means I've had no hoodie and I've been out of pocket for three weeks! I might have continued to wait only now they've stopped replying to my emails. Had they treated me fairly, I would certainly have returned to Natterjacks again and again, but as it is they've lost a potential good customer.”
