“Item was purchased online and was expecting brand new unworn product. Shoes Came worn and with pubic hair on the side . Called the number on the online receipt . Sent pics and asked advisor to hold line while I sent images to the email they provided as proof of them being worn. Customer advisor, told me that they quality check all items before sending . I told him I am a collector and clearly they have been worn and the labels on soles have been worn off and soles are dirty . As soon as I said this , I'm told that their Gmail account is now down and would have to call me back. I refused the call back and asked for a manager . Manager, instead of trying to resolve issue or ask questions just said that I would have to pay for postage to return and then get a full refund for both postage and the item.”
