We truly appreciate your honesty and for bringing to our attention the issue with the seams and smell. Please note, that brand-new products will have a regrettably unavoidable manufacturing smell. This odor usually comes out when the item is washed according to the wash instructions on the tag located on the inside seam of the item. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Could you please send some photos of the issue with the seams as well as a photo of all labels located on the clear bag the item arrived in?
