“I typically do not leave negative reviews, but this experience has been terrible. I ordered the hand soap dispensers, but they arrived without the pump. I then asked them to send the pump, and they confirmed. However, I had to nudge multiple times for a shipping update and they never sent a tracking number. Then they claimed the handles arrived, but I don't see them anywhere. Instead of giving me a refund as requested, they have been making me jump through hoops - saying I need to contact Fedex to sort this out. Given this was not my error and the dispensers are now unusable, I would have hoped they would easily give me a refund. But that has unfortunately not been the case.”
