“The packaging looks great as well as the instructions are super easy.
My first sample got lost and the second one took quite long. Customer service was great though.
Now to the test results. It gives an easy overview of basic things including a list of bacteria found.
What’s clearly missing is what the conclusion of some of the results was based on. You get information like you a prone to acne and other skin deceases, but you have no idea which lacking bacteria for example is responsible for that.
The „personalised“ recommendations are an absolute joke. It’s super generic and recommends general healthy habits which I’ve adapted years ago.
Overall a sobering experience. Glad to see my gut health is alright, but not sure how to proceed with the parts that’s not great.”
