Everything on this multitool was as advertised. Really well made, sturdy (already used it twice on camping trips around Greece) and the blades work and take to sharpening well. The surge is heavier although nothing unmanageable. One minor issue with it is that the black oxide layer starts scuffing after use, although again: nothing too much, and it gives the tool character. All in all a great tool, and exactly what I ordered. Something to last a lifetime for sure. Take note, your hands get charcoal black the first time you handle it :)

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Superb, very tough bit of kit and I love it.

It's my second surge as the first one got stolen. As usual it's a brilliant piece of kit and as a sitemanager very helpful

When this arrived I was so pleased it was a fathers day gift for my husband from our kids and it looked amazing. The engraving is lovely and very personal. He is a gardener and does work outside all day every day. Within a few weeks most of the paint has chipped off, very disappointed. My husband has found the tools so useful but it does look like I will have to replace it with the more expensive model.
