“Love my Surge multitool but Royal mail and Outdoor365 Ltd took 17 days to deliver..!! 3 days in Bristol sorting office, according to the tracker..!! I sent a couple of emails to Outdoor365 enquiring where it was but got nowhere. I was told my order would be upgraded in the post which is a laugh these days. Would off been quicker to drive to Outdoor365 in Cheltenham because I live in Gloucester...”
