“I bought my husband and (adult) son one each for Christmas and they were both thrilled. They both had them out all day, admiring the mechanism and trying out the tools. Also both, since then, have been telling me about incidents where they suddenly and unexpectedly need to use it! Sorry this isn't a very technical review but if you're considering giving one as a gift I can see that they were both genuinely pleased. They're both practical people but probably felt buying themselves one was too much of a treat. My son had previously bought himself a cheaper version but said it was terrible and soon broke. These are amazing quality and will obviously be used often.”
