“Purchased a Charge + Black and sheath and as the website listing is incorrect regarding the sheath supplied I phoned to ensure I would be receiving the correct items. Having spent 15 minutes in conversation with someone who actually hand wrote on the invoice my requirements, the order was still sent incorrectly. I ordered and paid for another, as it was needed at short notice for a present and this order was forwarded okay. I returned the original for a refund which was processed in the wrong amount and which I then had to chase up. Not a particularly satisfying first purchase.
As for the product...It was for my nephew who is in the army. Its lucky he's probably dirty a lot of the time as the item should have come with a 'wet paint' tag. As soon as I took it out of the packet for inspection the 'black' came off on my hands without any use of the tool whatsoever. Underwhelming for something costing almost £200.00 !”
