Good Afternoon, So sorry your item did not arrive in the time you expected. Your order was dispatched on Monday 13th and it was delivered on the Friday 17th, due to the current situation deliveries do take a little longer but 2-3 working days is our expected for 2nd class, Many thanks Charlotte
