“There is a large foam piece the is flush or beyond the padding around the ear piece. This foam presses against the ear and muffles the sound and make wearing then very uncomforatable. I asked Nokta about this and ther response was "If it is removed, the internal plastic components of the headphone may become exposed and the ear may come into direct contract with them or be positioned too close, which could affect both comfort and proper use." Modern Metal Detectors was easy to purchase and the headphones was delivered within 2 days of the order being placed.”
