The only thing that was slightly irritating was it was shipped via UPS signature required. I have a UPS account and live in a safe neighborhood and have a waiver for signatures. That did not apply for this order. I understand the policy from a business owners point of view, but I wasn't aware of it. The only reason I'm whining is I was not in the state when ordering and my wife does not get off work until 4:30pm. Luckily I arrived back home before the 3rd delivery attempt. So while it is an understandable policy it is important to be aware that someone will have to physically sign for it when it arrives so plan accordingly.”
“Over the course of several weeks, the company did rectify the issue I had, originally ordering a Nokta Legend, it being out of stock, then having to upgrade to a Legend Pro Package, and being told I’d receive a free pinpointer. Legend Pro pack arrived with no pinpointer, had to call again, and I just got the pinpointer today. Whew, not the smoothest transaction I’ve ever made online by a long shot. I understand the challenges of operating a business, and I do appreciate the folks at Modern Metal Detector making this right for me in the end. Am I satisfied with the detector?Yes absolutely. Am I pleased this all took over a month to be corrected? No.”

“The seller misrepresented the item indicating it was for sale, and once I ordered the item I was told it was on back order. I spent another $180 to buy the Pro package, then I had to call twice to get someone on the phone to tell me they were waiting to ship so I could have a Pro Package that included a FREE pinpointer. When my Pro package finally arrived there was no FREE pinpointer. I feel this company miscommunicated with me on several issues. Once when the Legend package wasn’t even available, maiming me upgrade to the Pro Package and a second time when the promised. Free pinpointer with my Pro Package, which was not included when the Por Package finally arrived. Sorry I will not be doing business with Modern Metal Detectors again, and will not recommend them to anyone I know”

“I have a Fisher F75 LTD which is a great detector but I wanted a multi-frequency detector and decided to go with the Nokta Legend. I'm still learning this detector but I really like it so far. It's very configurable and from my experience so far, a very powerful machine. It's lightweight and collapses to a pretty compact size. For the cost of it, I think it is a great value.”
