There are a couple things that I wish the manufacture included, such as information on how to get the longest lifespan out of the lithium ion battery based on charging procedure. It would’ve been nice to have Velcro straps included in the kit to secure the coil wire to the pole to reduce noise. Other than that, I think it is a Fantastic gold prospecting device. When a customer orders they automatically sent an order confirmation email with an order number.
I'm not sure who told you they would contact you and what the reason was for.
Yet, we do our best to keep customers up to date as soon as possible with stock changes.
If an item is out of stock the “Add to Cart” button at the top of the product page will change to say “Pre-oOder” with an allotted timeframe.
Sometimes this can be missed by customers, or a product can go suddenly out of stock before we have time to update the product page.
In that case we have a protocol to send customer with an out of stock email to let them know. Sometimes these can go to a spam folder,
so we recommend checking that.
Also, we have to charge customers within seven days after purchasing.
