“This is a lovely tea, with great flavour. The staff are also very helpful. There was a slight problem with the order, which was resolved quickly and the staff member on the phone was extremely courteous. Also, it was easy to get through on the phone.”
“The tea is reliably good and has a zing as good as any decaf tea. It’s a bit powdery, so can be difficult to strain or to catch the used leaves for composting.
But why have Miles increased the plastic component of the packaging with a plastic liner and zip? The planet needs us to eliminate plastic, not introduce more. I can fold a paper bag over and put the tea in a caddy - zip not needed.
Let’s get this plastic out Miles and make all the packaging recyclable!”
