“My heart sank when I realised it was to be delivered by DPD but thought maybe this time it would hopefully be okay especially as had ordered hot chocolate gifts for my granddaughters who I was visiting at the weekend. On Friday afternoon I couldn't believe the message from DPD that Gareth 'couldn't find my address' or 'I wasn't in' because I live in the middle of a long road all numbered sequentially and I had been working all day from home so KNOW he never turned up. Had to wait until Tuesday to pick it up from my 3 miles away Post Office with a wretched 'passport' so my granddaughters didn't get their treat. Brilliant hot chocolate, Miles, but you need to change your delivery contractor!!!”
