“Very tasty for decaf tea, which isn't always the best. While it's still not quite as good as full caf, this is the best decaf I've found and worth trying for anyone who thinks a good decaf is impossible to get.”
“Love the tea, but felt I had to reduce the rating by one star because of delivery taking so long. I find it unacceptable that the item was shipped by second-class mail during a widely publicised Royal Mail strike. I would have happily paid additional shipping costs, but do not recall being given that option. It won't prevent me from ordering again, but it does leave me a bit disappointed in the service provided.”
