A very robust morning tea. Two cups and then away to go with your day. It also brews quite quickly which is useful when you need a quick pick me up. I am sure I can taste malt which I love.

My favourite morning tea with a malty hint which I love. Nice and strong. Definitely a wake me up tea.

This was my go to tea first thing in the morning until I discovered Large Leaf Assam. I love the malty taste to this tea and still order it for when I want to put Assam in an infuser and not have tea leaves floating around my teacup.

This really is a taste of malt with your cup of tea. Like Smugglers Gold it can be drunk at any time of day even before bed-time and I still sleep fine. I alternate this with Smugglers Gold to keep the taste buds interested. Have certainly re-ordered.

I love malty tasting tea, for breakfast especially, and this was always going to be a winner with me. I was surprised and pleased at just how bright and colourful and tasty the tea was. Very invigorating first thing. I will not be going back to tea bag brews and will be sending some of this tea out as presents to my nearest and dearest. A great result with my new tea infuser that I overfilled to start with. Less is more, otherwise you get a dense hard ball of moist tea that doesn't brew as well as if you leave space in the infuser for expanding tea leaves and that hard-packed tea ball also becomes difficult to remove from the infuser. Because I like strong tea I would use two tea bags in a cup of tea but with this loose tea you can just brew a level teaspoon for a bit longer for a stronger brew or take it out sooner for a lighter brew.

Personally, it was much too mild for me and did not have enough flavour. For others it may have been perfect.
