“I put 3 stars as I did not receive the confirmation email that the print is ready. While I have no issues with the print itself and the member of staff was very kind and helpful, it must have been somewhere on the IT side of things that I did not get the confirmation email. As you may imagine, one has to alter plans and it is not good.”
