“Excellent service from Max Spielmann as always! The online process for designing and ordering my personalised tote bag was really easy to use, with plenty of options to customise it exactly how I wanted. The whole process was straightforward, and the finished bag was fantastic quality.
A special thank you to Julie, the store manager, who was amazing as always. She’s incredibly friendly, helpful and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, and her outstanding customer service is one of the main reasons I keep coming back.
Highly recommend both the online personalised gift service and this store!”
