“Not the same as before though may be a bad batch as customer service confirmed that there hasn't been a formulation change. The stick gel used to be fantastic and light and sweeped through my hair so easily. The recent ones I received weren't great, only one was barely useable. The other two were really gloopy and sticky and smelt strange, and the gel didn't glide through my hair easily - it kept catching and pulled some hair out and left residue, and also left my hair looking greasy where my old one never did. Despite the fact this may be a bad batch (I sent two of my sticks back for review and testing), unfortunately I have lost confidence in the product and don't think I will use it again. So sad I paid for next day delivery too when the products turned out so bad. On the basis of my experience I wouldn't recommend, but maybe it would be worth a try - maybe just order one and see if it is as good as my original one was - I used to rave about this flyaway wand and was so happy about it. So sad I didn't have the same experience this time around :( still waiting on my refund for my items, hopefully I get it soon. Gave an extra couple of stars for customer service being great and responsive though, I believe they'll help me reach an appropriate resolution”
