Do NOT order directly from Mark Hill as, as I have found out, just opening the box to see what you have bought makes it unreturnable, Yes, that really is opening the box to see the contents means they refuse the return. All of the attachments are too big for my shorter chin length hair. I haven't used them just looked at them and now the return will not be accepted. Ludicrous.”
