“I ordered medium. It was uncomfortably tight after surgery despite fitting fine prior. Wish I'd got large as the support is really good and I think had it fitted better it would have been perfect. I'd get size up from your usual. I swelled a lot all my ribcage under arms even stomach and sides! The last thing you want is a tight bra digging in your swollen ribs. I hope that mine fits better once swelling has gone down a bit. Currently one week post op augmentation”
