“Love the wallpaper, however the choice of courier has really disappointed me. Before I received the order,I received a text message from an odd looking number saying that my parcel had been damaged and that my address had been removed from the package. In order to receive it I needed to reconfirm my address and pay 23p to cover service costs for redelivery. Obviously this was clearly a scam and I did not provide this information.
I am not particularly impressed with your choice of courier service if it leads to this kind of thing and would be wary of ordering anything from you again.”

I am glad to hear you love the product and that most importantly you have been able to clearly identify this to be a scam. As delivery costs are fully covered alongside purchase you should never be expected to pay further charges prior to delivery.
